"The government of Iraq expresses deep concern in a situation developing in Syria and reflected in safety of Iraq and all region", - the Press Secretary of Iraq ministerial council Ali a hell-dabag has told.
Confirming the right of the Syrian people to an establishment in the country of a democratic mode and supporting the peace Interarabian initiative on crisis settlement in Syria, the government of Iraq notices in the statement that "the mechanisms of its realisation confirmed by League of the Arabian countries (LOG) do not conduct to the planned purpose".
Thereupon the government of Iraq, expressing fears of possible foreign intervention in the Syrian internal political crisis, opposes its internationalisations and against introduction of economic sanctions concerning Syria, it is underlined in the statement.
Last Saturday at extraordinary meeting of committee of heads the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of member countries of League of the Arabian countries (LOG) it has been declared a suspension of participation of Syria in sessions of this organisation until the Syrian management will not execute all points of the Interarabian plan on conditions normalisation in the country.

The resolution across Syria have supported 19 of 22 member countries of the organisation, Lebanon and Yemen have spoken against, Iraq has refrained.
The day before the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iraq Hoshijar Zibari has subjected again to criticism the decision the LOG to enter economic sanctions against Syria, naming their "cruel". Defending a position of Bagdad at last session of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of member countries the LOG, Zibari has declared that the Iraq delegation has shown "boldness and independence" at voting by the resolution by Syria.
It has rejected charges that a position of Iraq refrained from voting, - a consequence of pressure upon Bagdad from Iran which is the ally of Syria.
